We are pleased that you have chosen to host your event at The Studio at Gulf and Pine. The following information will help ensure a smooth event. While this is not totally exhaustive, it is a good guideline and should answer most questions concerning an event here. Please pass this information along to others in your organization as appropriate.
There is limited parking available for patrons at The Studio. There is additional parking available close by and arrangements must be made in advance with The Studio staff.
The use of the name, “The Studio”, likeness or artwork or the name of the owner in any advertising or press release is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Studio.
- Production Sponsors
No banners are permitted in or outside the building. Any anticipated advertising or sponsorship on premises MUST be cleared in advance with The Studio staff.
- Sound Level Management
Tenants are encouraged to use the sound systems installed at, or provided by The Studio.
Catering is provided by the Sandbar Restaurant.
- Technical Assistance
Technical assistance personnel are available to assist in the set up and use of the audio & video equipment when necessary. This service is charged at the rate of $95.00 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge. Advance notification of at least one week is requested.
- Audio / Video rental
Additional audio and video equipment is available for rental through The Studio. Please notify the staff of your needs for a quote.
- Chairs and Tables
The Studio has limited chairs and tables available on site. Seating per room may not exceed local fire code. Contact the staff for more information.
- Area Restriction
Only authorized personnel are permitted in the Anti (Control) Room or electrical room.
- Recording / Broadcasting
Any intention of recording (Audio or video) or broadcasting (including internet) from The Studio must be declared in advance.
